What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

My wife took our son and moved out, no place to be found. I filed for divorce then she filed for domestic violence to cover that.

Court has few hearings, found her DV allegation rootless. Court also ordered temporary visitation and supports.

Then she fired her lawyer (again), and my lawyer is quite busy I cannot always hear back from him.

Now what's next? Court ordered mediation. Should I wait for lawyer or I contact court?

We don't have much assets. Not too much to fight about, I just want little bit more time with my Son. And want to impose minimal wage on my wife when calculate spouse support. Is that fair and usually court will support if eventually go to trial?

Anything I can do keep things going? I'd like finish it and back to normal life.

Thanks,

because you have a lawyer who knows your court climate much better than we do, it would be a shame to second guess your attorney.

I agree. I doubt if anyone here wants to second guess your attorney.

However, just to calibrate your thinking processes, if the two of you can't reach an agreement on visitation, you are likely to end up with something like the CA standard parenting plan. An example is here:
