I was in a car accident where my friend was driving and someone hit us. The other driver has admitted fault. I don't remember anything from the accident or about 20 minutes after. I also had bruises from the seat belt and scratches and bruises from the air bag. I have been to the dentist for a chipped tooth. Her insurance company told me they would pay for the dentist and also give me an additional $200 for personal injury or something like that, and then I would sign everything, which meant I could never make any more claims or sue or whatever. I talked with him yesterday and he seemed very persistent to get me to come in right away that day and get it all over with. I have not gone in yet. Is $200 a normal amount to pay? Do you think they are trying to get me to hurry and take it before I realize I am entitled to more? I honestly was not even expecting anything and probably would've gone in until he started acting weird and was not satisfied when I said I would come on Tuesday, about 5 days.
