What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

My son turns 18 in two months. He graduated high school last May and now attends college. My divorce paperwork states that child support continues until the age of 19 although I see that in California the following applies:

California: Termination of support at 18, or if child is in high school, then until child graduates from high school or turns 19, whichever is first No statute or case law holding parents to a duty to college support in the absence of an agreement.

My divorce was final in 1995 and filed in San Diego, CA. There is no agreement for me to pay tuition. I have paid child support since that time and currently have the support withdrawn voluntarily from my salary by my employer. I am current, owe no arrears and have paid my half of his health expenses on time and in full.

Do I need to do anything when he turns 18 other than having the voluntary withholding of child support stopped? Since my divorce paperwork states the age of 19 do I need to file paperwork with the court even though my son will reach the age of majority in California? When child support stops does my obligation to pay for half of his health expenses cease as well? My insurance will continue to cover my son as long as he attends college full time. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
