What to do when child does not want to visit when it is time for me to pick him up. He is eight years old his father has sole custody. I finallly have visits at my home. He refuses. Father does not encourage the visit. I don't want to call the police. Seen my child once out of ten visits. what legal advice can i get? What do I do legally?

You petition the courts and drag his ass into court for contempt of a court order. You explain the situation to the judge and watch him get a slap. Then, when he does it again, you file for custody.
