What happens after discharge?

What is the name of your state?Colorado
I just got my dischage, but when do I find out if I have to turn over my income tax return? I am afraid to file, time is getting closer that I need to.

From what I have read, and what my Attorney told me it can be 3-6 months from the time you filed. I live in Utah not Colorado...but it's proboably the same time frame.
