when does the clock start?

What is the name of your state? TN
I am currently in a 36 month chapter 13. When does the clock start? Upon filing or upon confirmation. I realize mine might go a "little" longer as my payment after my 341 hearing went up slightly from what I had been paying beforehand.

In a CH 13, your first payment is usually due before your 341 meeting based on the budget that gets submitted. So, the 36 months pretty much starts at filing or darn close to it.
