Ohio. My husband and I were already beyond our financial limits when he "surprised" me by purchasing a brand new truck yesterday without my knowledge. How he was approved for this debt is beyond me, and he absolutely refuses to return the truck.

We jointly "own" our residence (we still have a hefty unpaid mortgage) in addition to having a joint equity loan. All other debt is held individually. I personally have no intention of filing bankruptcy, but when he is forced to do so, how will that impact me as far as our jointly owned residence?
