When a landlord takes a renters property after an eviction and must hold it for 15-18 days (?) during which time the evicted renter may reclaim his or her property by paying landlord a reasonable storage fee - what is considered to be a reasonable fee? A storage shed can be rented for around $25 - $50.00 a month so would a landlord who is keeping property stored in the office which really has no expense reasonable in charging $35 a day, while they are also giving away and selling the property before 15 days has expired.
