when she calls harassing me,how do I document this??

She just called wanting to talk to bf (caller id said blocked call),she got very vulgar toward me and started threatening me when I told her he was not here (he is at work).I did not retaliate by getting rude with her,I just let her run her filthy mouth.I know we are suppose to document all calls but what do I write down???do i write down everything she said to me or just that she called and got vulgar with me???

I would write down as much as I could remember. Better to have more than not enough...

Try using *77. This should reject all anonymous calls received, giving the caller a message that states your number does not accept blocked calls and to turn off their call blocking and dial again.
