What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Ohio

What right does the wife have when a sister has been named the power of attorney by the husband? Does the sister in this case have more power than the wife? Could the wife challenge a decision or signature made by the sister?

It depends.
Could the wife challenge a decision or signature made by the sister?
Yes, no, and it depends.

Is your husband still alive now?

Why would he give POA to his sister and have you discussed this with him?

Are you both in the process of getting divorced?

Talk to a family law attorney now to find out what you need to do to protect your rights and double check your assets to make sure she is not withdrawing monies from your accounts. If necessary you can try to get the POA revoked or take other steps to protect yourself.

I have not even figured out whether the OP is the wife, is the sister, or is someone else and what type of POA this involves. My crystal ball in in the shop getting repaired.

I believe that is correct unless it is not.
