What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Last February, I was rear-ended by someone going 50-mph. A year later, I am still in physical therapy 2 days a week and am still in pain. How will I know when I am as rehabilitated as I will get and to start the settlement process? Is there a limit to how long I have to settle form the time of an accident?

SOL for personal injury is 4 years in your state. As far as when have you reached your point of maxiumum improvement, that's something you should discuss with your treating physician.
