What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PennsylvaniaMy relationship with with my 16 year old son is completely dissolved. Everything is an arguement which escalates to the point where the police has to come out to the home. He has been physically abusive towards myself and my 10 year old daughter. He has used every profane word boldly and loudly from using the b word and the f*** you statement. Family counseling, psychiatric counseling, any type of counseling you can think of, I have been through it within the last 6 years.
Although the police has been out to my home on several occasions, they chalk it up as a verbal abuse and only give my son and I "advice" on how he's coming into manhood. I am a single parent and I need some legal help. Lately, he has been threatening me with knives and other dangerous things to get his point across. I feel like I am alone in this and I really need some help here. What are my rights in removing my son from my home if he is a threat to my other child and I?
