here is the situation: my brother-in-law and his wife live in pennsylvania and are separted for a couple of year now and they want to get divorce. they have no property involved
the children live with their father and he already has legal custody of them with domestic relations. neither party
want any money from the other party. where can they get information on how to do the divorce without any lawyers involved because neither one really can afford a lawyer? both parties are will to agree to all the terms of the divorce without contesting it.
