Where can we live?

My husband left our family, myself and 3 children 3 years ago. We live in a house owned by my mother-in-law. My husband has been paying the mortgage on the house $200.00 a week instead of child support. I have been afraid of seeking a divorce because we have no where to go. I work nights part time because of 5 yr old twins in 1/2 day school. Also, I attend college & need 4 classes for a degree.
I pulled a restraining order on my husband 6 mo. ago renewal in one month. My daughter, 3rd child, informs me my inlaws are moving from their house and will sell our house if a buyer can be found in one month. What can I do?
