On September 20, 1984 a child was born. The mother (let's call her "SH") of the child and her family moved out of town in her stepfathers big rig; nine people packed the rig in the morning hours and did not tell anyone where they were moving to: seven siblings and two parents. Over the next six years the "boyfriend" of "SH" kept the same address with his parents. After moving out, his parents continued to live at that same address for the next three or so years. Never once did "SH" try to contact the boy. Fast forward. The time is now the present. The boy received a notice of "CHILD SUPPORT COLLECTIONS". The boy has alot of questions about his rights. First, why is it in collections? Second, where is the maternity test after 17 years? If the child is mine, why did she wait for so long? And the questions that the boy has been emotionally distraught over for 17 long years, Where did they go? And, finally, what rights does he have now, now that the child support is in "collections" and that he has, for so long, had no knowlege of where she was located, or that he was being sought for support, and for that matter, after seventeen years with no contact, no enjoyment, only the desolate agony of self-doubt, emotional destruction, and the social epmtyness that fueled the void. Any advice or comments are thanked in advance. Thank You.
