Where do I begin. What is the quickest and least expensive way to incorporate a business. It will not be sole proprietorship. There will be share holders. I went to the state website, but it is a little confusing, and it does not specify exactly which forms should be filled out. Is there a workshop or someplace that will help with the forms?
