In the state of Oklahoma what is the age a child can choose which parent he or she wishes to live with? And is it as easy as the child saying he or she wants too?

There is NO state where a minor has the final say on where he is to live. In SOME states, a judge may take a minor's wishes into consideration but in all 50 states, the parent, legal guardian, and/or the court make that decision until the minor is no longer a minor.

Thank you very much, I thought that a child only had to be 14, then she could say where they want to live.
Thanks again
