is it written into the seperation or devorce or somewhere else and if so, where, if a person would be tenants in common or joint tenants if you are supposed to be devorced but still live together as husband and wife, bucause i was told this depends on who ha the real estate after one passes; the other one who's name is still on the property or the estate.i need to find out which it is and don't know how, because it wasn't written either way in the seperation or the devorce.New York
