What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OR

The company I worked for recently filed for bankruptcy and terminated all of its employees. We were given our last paychecks but no on got any vacation pay. They say that they arent allowed to pay it to us under the bankruptcy. Arent we entitled to it? Isnt this something that the court would see that they have to pay?

In Oregon, there is no requirement to offer these benefits. Your employer is, however, required to honor any established policy or agreement relating to the payment of benefits such as accrued vacation or severance pay upon termination. If your employer has such a policy on vacation being paid out then you need to contact the OR Department of Labor and file a claim. If they don't, you are out of luck.
