Where is the mail theft forum at?
Also if i was living with a friend and had my mail go to his house and right now i am on vaction can he open my mail or throw my mail away?

Why not just put your mail on a vacation hold?

I throw mail away all the time that gets delivered to my house for people that don't live here. Other times, I send it back. Depends on how much trouble I want to go through to be nice.
