I'm trying to find information on a particular warranty called a Performance Warranty or a Warranty of Performance.
My son designs and installs network systems and wants to warrant that his computer designs will work as he says. This would be a good selling tool since it shows he has confidence in the systems he designs.
I really don't know much at all about these warranties, but at least thats what I understand them to be for.
I need to find sources for this type of warranty and information on how to write them.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
