What is the name of your state?TN
A friend of mine is a NCP of a 2 year old little girl and has been paying support directly to her mother. He now wants to go through the system as he would like to have set visitation. The question is that he lives in KY and she lives in TN. Does he file in TN where she and the child live or does he file where he lives in KY?
