What is the name of your state: Missouri and Kansas

(only U.S. law)? Yes

I run a website that helps with housing in the Missouri and Kansas area and I cannot seem to find housing code laws such as how many people can live in a house that are not related, max number of cars in the driveway etc.

If anyone can point me into the right direction it would be nice, or even better if you know the answers off the top of your head.

Thanks.

Your best bet it to check local (municipal) zoning ordinances.

Many issues are local city ords like say for example Olathe might restrict the number of non related people sharing a rental to three with out the LL having a rooming house lic and maybe KC KS permits 4 so things like that are going to truly be local so rather than a collection of possible ever changing city ords to keep up with it might be better to come up with a collection of city web page links then the information seeker can be advised to search the city web page or contact them directly for ord info.
