What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
My daughter and i inherited multiple properties equally from my father's estate. We are not communicating and are not in agreement about how to handle properties. We own one property in Virginia Beach, Va. the others are located in Danville, VA. where we both currently live. One of our Danville properties is facing foreclosure and she has missappropiated funds in the past. I would like to file a petition suit to force the sale of the Virginia Beach property to pay off one property in danville,va (we both own) . Do i need to hire an attorney located in Virginia Beach or can one from Danville handle my needs??What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
