Where to start?

Married in May of 2000, seperated in June of 2000. There were still times when hubby and I would see each other and were intimate. No sex now for 3 months. Hubby stalks and scares me! He has called my job and talks told supervisor about our sex life. Puts money under my door at home and the next week, will demand it back. Says I can divorce him if I want to, but its going to cost me. Not happy at all. Where do I start to end this marriage? Is an annulment out of the question?
