where's my brother?

i am a 20 year old from rhode island who was adoped at the age of three i had a little brother who was a few months old at the time. i know his birth date, his ssn and that he lived in rhode island for a while. i do not know if he still lives in rhode island and i have been unable to find out his adopted last name. how would i go about finding him? i miss him and want him in my life. please help.

Though this is not a Family LAW question, You could try 1 800 US SEARCH, there is also a web site. make sure you get what you are paying for, if you indeed have a correct SSN for him, then make sure the company uses it to do the search...
