Which bills/contracts am I legally bound to?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
My husband and I are divorcing and at the moment are not living together or communicating. I am still in the house. I need to find out which accounts/contracts we have jointly so I can figure out and/or change my legal liability--he has not been paying the mortgage and I'm afraid I'll be evicted, and I don't even remember if my name is on that. How do I find out which contracts/accounts we have jointly and which are only in his name? Is there a government site I can go to for this information? Thanks in advance for any information.
