What is the name of your state?
California

I am learning about putting my home and estate in to a "Living Trust" so that my grand child will inherit the house.
My question is, who is the "Trustee", "Trustor", "Successor Trustee", "Surviving Trustee"?

My response:

If you're having trouble with these simple legal terms, I would suggest that you hire an Estate Planning attorney.
