no, child support guidelines are NOT standard, every state has different criteria, and any child support order must be begun in the state of the CHILDS actual residence.
If there is already a child support and/or custody order in place for this child in Fl. it will have to stay in Fl. unless the parent can successfully pettition it moved to Washington state, due to the change in residence, Even then the washington court will still pretty much uphold the florida guidelines already in place, unless there is an incredible change in circumstance. This is to protect the NCP and CP both from having one or the other moving around the country to find judges more to thier likeing.
