What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I work at a branch office for a Company that has all their other offices in Maryland. There are only 6 of us working for them in Colorado, so it's almost like we're a "bubble" off the main company.

Which state's labor/wage laws apply to me? Maryland, where the company is (and where the client we support is, as I work as a Helpdesk analyst), or Colorado where I live and where my desk is?

I've been trying to find out from searching the forums, but I'm not having much luck. This is becoming an issue, because our boss says the company's home state laws apply, but others are saying we physically do our work in Colorado, so those laws apply.

Thanks for the help.

The laws in the State that the employeee works in are always those that apply (in additional to federal law.) Your boss is wrong.
