I just received my credit card bill and found White Overnite illeagally charged my credit card for 106.90 us dollars on 2/25. I remembered I only used a free trial for a sample on their advertisement via email, and did not intend to buy it. Actually, I did not receive any product till I left USA, out of this country on 2/24.

I feel very uncomfortable and mad that the company do such a thing in USA.

I did write emails to them twice and called them leaving messages in the voice box. (The company seems only let you leave messages without any chance to talk to someone) But there is no response till now.

And just now, I received the returned email from White Overnite!! They probably blocked my email! I did not receive any product till now. And I am out of this country at the current moment. Can you please to advice me how can I get my money back from them??

Did you read the contract agreement? Possibly, did the contract agreement read, for instance, you have a trial 30 day membership? Just need some more information, please.

white overnite charged my credit card $106.90 without my permission

white overnite charged my credit card 106.90 without my knowledge and told me that it was non refundable. i was shocked to see my bank account was overdrawn 94.00 before i received the free trial and i could not get in touch with them to see what was going on or to even try and get my money back. this is truely false advertisment and they need to be stopped. the email stated that all you pay is 3.95 for shipping and handling and you would get a free trial pack but i was charged more than that before getting the free package.

Cut your credit card, notify your bank to watch and dispute the White Over Nite

I accept the suggestions from the senior members on this web to dispute with my credit card comp(citibank). Citi bank had promised to refund the $106.9 to me, and recommend me to cut the old card with a new one. They had done that. (my card is platinum card with more protection in purchasing risk) So I only lose $3.95.

As I know, the account dep. of citibank had contacted with White Over Nite to dispute this charges. There is no response till now....(You can see its web recommended by one member above, http://www.ratetheoffers.com/offer_profile.php?id=172, similar stories happened again and again). I told citibank to watch this terrible company's request. It had been in 'black lists' now.

I had been charged on 2/20 (Monday) $3.95 and 2/25 (Sunday) $106.9 twice continuously. I did not receive any sample in between the period. Then I left USA for the other country. I did not receive any product Before I left. I got my bill statement which was made on March 15, I just knew this.
