Who has the right-of-way in an unmarked intersection of a parking lot of a store when there are no stop signs?Saying the intersection is outside lane going around the parking lot and one of the enter-exit of the parking lot ?is there a yield to right-of-way if one person is already in the intersection?the damage to the car going across the intersection almost through is heavy to the passanger side door and back quarter panel ant the car in the exit lane in minimal with damage to the passanger side front light and back a bit????this is in the state of ohio.please help!!!!
