Who hears my case?

Hello all,

I was recently charged with a DUI while on Army Corps of Engineers Land (Federal Land). Will the County Superior Court hear my case? It sounds like it needs to be heard in a Federal Court. Is it worth it to bring up the fact that I was on Federal Land? If I don't I think that fact will be overlooked. Could I get in more trouble if I bring that up? Or is there a chance the federal court won't want to hear the case?

I was charged with 23152 (A) / 23152 (B). My paperwork says my next required appearance will be at the Stanislaus County Superior Court - Dep 12.
