I am a mother of three children who have been ripped out of my life by my sister who made me to beleive that she was just wanting to visit my kids for a few weeks summer vacation in our home state...The kids and I were living in MO and our home state is KY. Just as soon as she arrived back to KY with them she gave them directly to their Dad whom was awaiting theitr arrival.... I had not seen nor talked to my sister for 4 yrs and their Dad had nothing to do with our kids no gifts, letters, cards,calls or visitation and only 58 dollars a month child support.I went for a support increase and was awarded almost 600 dollars a month after 5 yrs of 58..4 months later is when my sister arrived to Mo. It has been 2 yrs now and all afidavits and allegations were false and there has been nothing proved on me.The case is still pending and Im scared my kids are ggiving up on me..Their dad will not let me talk to them see them..They cant cal,l me and I cant get their phone #.He has cut me COMPLETELY out of their lives. The Judge is friends with his wifes family He has represented my sister and hetr husbands family in previous cases.. And All attorneys and courts are tied in together Its a really small town...Please help me My skids are left with briises from step mon and always screames at, cursed when dad is gone then threatened.. My kids are not allowed to tell case workers or guardien atliten anything about what happens in the home..The step mom has several times has jerked phone from kids just to yell and curse me..Kids are threatened and been told that if they tell anyone the truth about happenings that they will find out about it and they will beat them with a belt...Sooooooo.....My kids are afraid to say anything about what goes on ...They at the beginning did tell me.Till phone conversations started being Recored..
