We purchased a new double wide mobile home and the movers brought it down and set one side in an open field and the other side right next to the foundation. Both sides left open. In the middle of the night we had a windstorm and the side sitting next to the foundation flipped over into the foundation on it's roof and totaled it. The movers were suppose to be down Tuesday to set it up. They claim they are not liable for this but how can they not be when my insurance company would not insure it until it was set on the foundation. Someone has to be liable for it and I need to know who? Plus they did not put the trailers together to leave them set until they were ready to put them onto the foundation.

It sounds as if there were negligent, but they don't want to pay, nor does their insurance company. This is one you need a lawyer who knows insurance for.
