What is the name of your state? Missouri
When there is no lease signed and your on a month to month basis with a landlord who is responsible for the pest control and rodent control. Another words who is supposed to spray for the bugs and take care of mice problems the tenant or the landlord?

**A: it depends; based on the lease provisions and usually such responsibilty is the landlords if residential property, except that if the tenant caused the bugs and rodents, then it would be the tenant's. If the property is commercial, we would need more info.

Bugs and mice cannot live without food and water, which usually means the tenant needs to keep the place cleaner. If LL exterminates, he can prob charge you for it, unless you're in a building of several apts, all of which have the same problems. Use google and type in "home remedies for pest extermination", and you'll find a lot of good, cheap remedies you can do yourself.

**A: yes, I found that my shotgun is good for rodent control.
