dj1, and why is he/she so angry?
People come here seeking answers or opinions to legal issues and all dj1 offers is ridicule.
I guess he/she never learned that "If you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all."

This guy is blunt and tells it like it is. If you toss the comments aside and take the actual advice, there is truth and some good in what he is saying.
The ridicule and the sarcasm are at no extra charge. Consider it a 2 for one special.

If you don't like what he says, don't read his posts.
I have been monitoring his posts since last year and believe it or not his posts have toned down. If it gets real bad again, he will be reminded.

I do not have time to search for your post. If you want a response from me, re-post here. Also, if you are asking a specific question and have not read the applicable L/T laws, then do not expect a response.
Most of the answers to the writers posts are already stated in the respective L/T State laws. That is the main reason I do not spend time on this board. If writers are not going to or are to damn lazy to search and read the L/T laws on their own, I'm not wasting my time. On the other hand, if writers have read the laws and still have questions with respect to interpretation, gray areas, issues not addressed in the laws etc., I will be happy to respond provided the writers post the applicable law along with their question(s).
Also many questions have answers to on the Q & A section of this website. Lastly many of the writers questions are similar and repetitive. Writers should do a search first using search words to see if a similar or exact question has already been posed and responded to on this website.
