i filed in florida for annulment before he filed in california for divorce. now, california issues judgement by default against me. who has jurisdiction over courts and if florida, how do i lift judgement from california?

Are their children, property, money involved? Was there anything in the default judgement that you do not like?

Did you have him served BEFORE he filed his petition in CA?
