OPOSITION WAS FILED...
NOTHING WAS RETURNED FROM SYSTEM....

NOW...INITIAL CONFERENCE AND CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER RECIEVED...
SEPT.2nd IC...

DEFENDENTS REQUESTING STAY UNTIL DISMISSAL ISSUE ANSWERED....

THE COURT DIDN'T GIVE ONE....DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ONE, WITH THE REQUESTS FOR STAYS APPLIED? IF SO HOW LONG, WITH IC JUST AROUND THE CORNER?

my utmost appologizes...i have eye troubles and it is hard to see.

but i also know that it is rude to correct somebody that has asked a bonifide
question without leaving an answer and in turn,just mentioning their faults.

Thank you for the return and kind words...it wasn't bad enough that i was terminated after 24 yrs. of service, after being diagnosised with MS and multiple ailments that are related with such.
I will repost...hope my puntuation & spelling are not a hinderence. lol
