What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I founded an online publication two years ago, we have no employees, and no income, I finance it out of Social Security check. in January 2007 one of the members of our organization volunteered as editor.

Since then she has attempted to steal not only the name and archives, but also now is insisting that anything she wrote as editor must be removed from the magazine, claiming she gave no permission for its use.

Who has right to the information?

She lives in Oregon now, and for two years the publication has been hosted on a site in Canada, but now she is saying that they therefore were the publisher not our organization.
