What is the name of your state? California

We purchased cabinets that needed warranty work. The manufacturer paid a third party company to do the repairs. That company's workers left new damage and had very poor workmanship with some doors looking even worse than before.

Two questions:

1. What are our rights in saying we want replacement doors now instead of having further repairs done? The repair company left some paint on our wood countertops and we don't want them in our house again.

2. Who is liable to pay for replacement doors? The manufacturer who contracted with the repair company or the repair company?
