What is the name of your state? California

My ex-wife was allocated the car loan. It was un upside down loan for a car she HAD to have and I co-signed, now we are divorced and she isn't paying the bills. Apparently they repossessed the car and they are now coming after me for the remaining $. She has since re-married and bought a house... her husband owns a company, I know they can afford to pay it, but aren't. What can I do?

File for contempt...but in the meantime cover the balance due unless you want your own credit totalled.
