This is an icident in Texas.
I have a small production company, while setting up for an event on a makshift stage (semi truck and trailer) for unknow reasons the truck and trailer began to roll down the sloped parking lot. Doing so it ran over my PA equipment and trashed cables causing almost $5k in damage. I have spoke with the trucking company and they say they just donated the trailer for the event and claim no liability. If its their truck and it just rolled away, should they have liability. What do I do?
