No, you can't movie in wit your friends parents and then call them your legal guardians.

Before you can become emancipated you would need to demonstrate your ability to manage your financial affairs, including proof of employment or other means of support. Public assistance would not be considered to be "other means of support". Generally, you would need to be able to show the court that you are able to be self supporting.
