What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Last year, I was employed by an LLC from Conneticut. Our branch office was here in Pennsylvania.
Me and the rest of the employees from the PA office decided that the relationship wasnt working and left the company.
This now former employer refuses to give us all our last paychecks. Their reason?...breach of contract
Anyways, from my understanding...breach of contract or not, an employer still has to pay you for work you did.
Who would I file a complaint with...the PA office of labor law compliance or the CT office?

I'm sure there is, but I don't know off the top of my head what it is. I do know that if it's been eight months and you haven't filed your complaint yet, there are going to be some questions as to why you waited so long, so I wouldn't wait any longer.
