What is the name of your state? We are located in Illinois. Wholesale company is Louisiana.

I'm online S-corp retailer and I've had problem with LLC wholesaler. They sent me defectives so I return them. They replace them but they don't reimburse any shipping cost to send them back the defectives.

There is nothing talking about that on their policy nor agreement being their retailer.

Am I right to ask them to reimburse that shipping cost?
(I did and they said that they won't pay.)

You can ask them to reimburse you for anything you want. However, unless you have an agreement for them to do so, they have NO obligation to even respond to your request(s). If you don't like it, you can take your purchases elsewhere.
