I'm still laughing because she doesn't believe in birth control, yet is here whining about supporting 7 kids.

AL is not a state that gives a credit for subsequent children so there is nothing you can do OP. The state views it as he knew he had this responsibility before he decided to have 5 more children that he obviously cannot afford.
