Hi,
My husband was backing the car and hit a car in his left-side blackspot, which parked in a place signed with "DO NOT PARK" in front of our apartment. There was no people on the hitted car, which only had a little bit scratch. Our car is distorted on our rear bumper. Both of my husband and the owner of hitted car had called the insurance company, which is actually a same company. And the company claimed its my husband fault. I would like to know who should be responsible for this.
