Hi! I have a quick question for you. I recently went to court (Oregon) for a shoplifting charge. Why is it that everyone else who was charged with the same crime was offered a diversion program, which would ultimately keep this TERRIBLE crime from going on their record, and I was not. I have never been in trouble with the law, yet they said I was not eligible. I'm confused?
