Can you pay for an apartment? And food? And transportation? And medical care? And utilities? And a telephone? And can you do all this while still going to school?

You have to be 16 or older and show "good cause" and that it is in your best interest. Or, you can be living apart with your parents' consent and essentially supporting yourself.

For the most part, your parents have to agree, you have to have a job abd no roommates, stay in school, and manage to do it without government or pther assistance. And wanting to move in with the 18 year old boyfriend is NOT going to be compelling.
